of folk music, and before the arrival of the Beatles'
in the USA.

Joe & Eddie: "Tear Down The Walls!"


Released in 1965,
this was the fifth (5th) LP recorded by
Joe Gilbert and Eddie Brown.

Their successful musical career as a duo
was tragically shortened by Joe Gilbert's
death in an automobile accident in 1966.

this was Janis Ian's seventh (7th) studio LP.

Probably best known for her hit song, "At Seventeen,"
Janis Ian has a lovely folk style that is captivating.

Simon and Garfunkel: "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme"


Released in 1966,
this is Simon & Garfunkel's third (3rd) studio LP.

Some of their most iconic work is on this album,
including "Scarborough Fair/Canticle," "Homeward Bound,"
and "The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy)."
