Santana: "Greatest Hits (1974)"

A truly delightful collection of some of Santana's early recordings and commercial hits.
Don't know what else to say.
Can't help but love every minute of it.

This album went to a collector in Nevada.

Carlos Santana: "Blues for Salvador"

Released in 1989 as a solo album, this LP won Carlos Santana his first Grammy award,
for Best Rock Instrumental Performance.
Let's face it.
When Carlos Santana is playing the guitar, you know you are in for an incomparable sonic ride.
This LP does not disappoint.

This image (above) is on the inner sleeve.
I regret that I did not take time to note the artist while I still had it in my possession.

Since those days I have learned to remove the clear plastic before I take the pictures.
This LP is now residing happily (I hope!) in Nebraska.

Various: "The Guitars That Destroyed the World"

Oddball though it is, this is a truly FANTASTIC album musically.  And the art, as you can see, is rather unique and strangely appealing.  The art is credited to "W. Weber."
The guitarists featured? Carlos Santana, Edgar Winter, Johnny Winter, Blue Oyster Cult, Spirit, John McLaughlin, Leslie West, Mountain, and the Mahavishnu Orchestra.
An amazing gem.
Released in 1973.

This LP went to an eager recipient in California.
