Wings: "Over America"

Released in 1976,
this was a very successful recording for Wings.

It is a great collection of tracks,
as live recordings go;
but honestly,
I am so
stunned by the
album art,
the music is almost
secondary.

Almost.

Read more about the recording HERE.

Michael Jackson: "Thriller"

Released in 1982,
this was Michael Jackson's sixth (6th) studio LP.

This is one of the most successful albums of all time,
most awarded, most discussed, most listened to.

The ground-breaking video for the title song
came early in the history of full-production "music videos,"
and it remains among the most stunningly brilliant videos ever produced.

The Beatles: "Abbey Road"

Released in 1969,
this was The Beatles' eleventh (11th) studio LP.

Technically, it is their last studio LP
because although "Let It Be" was released several months later
in 1970
that LP was a compilation of previously recorded material.
